Description

Lagar do Marmelo EVOO is a prized olive oil, it has some banana flavor that stands out and a slight dry fruit finish. It has a slightly bitter attribute and a medium/slight spiciness, leaving a pleasant aftertaste.

Its aroma is medium to intense flavour, rich in green notes that are also combined with light ripe notes. In its fruitiness, you can see the banana peel at its point of maturation, the green apple, but also the freshly cut grass.

The balance of aromas and smoothness are the basis of this oil, which makes it an excellent food to enjoy cold and to finish dishes.
