Description
Rich in elements indispensable to a good biological balance, Pollen is one of the most complete natural elements. The pollen can be consumed in its normal form, mixed with yogurt, milk, fruit, tea or honey.
Pollen is a natural product, collected by bees in the male organs of flowers, to which they add glandular secretions. The different pollen grains are enriched with enzymes and agglutinated by the bees, which add a little nectar and are then transported to the hives, where they are used by the young bees as protein and vitamin food of the gestating larvae.
Bee pollen should be consumed very sparingly, 1 teaspoon per day, mixed in other foods in the morning.
