Made from moscatel variety, which is a type of grape that stands out for its fruity, luscious character with a tropical fruit aroma. This wine is treated with extreme care during production through a careful choice of the best grapes, resulting in a muscatel with a deeper color, high complexity and volume in the mouth, always maintaining the elegance and smoothness that is the essence of this wine.
Alambre is a fortified DOC Moscatel de Setúbal wine, produced by José Maria da Fonseca for over a hundred years, from the Moscatel de Setúbal DOC variety, recognized since 1907. Its name comes from the first plot where the Moscatel variety was planted and from amber tone of this fortified wine.

The Moscatel de Setúbal can be served as an aperitif, and in this case it is advisable to keep it at a temperature of 10ºC. As a dessert wine, it is an excellent accompaniment to dark chocolate or any egg-based dessert.
Golden color, a Moscatel wine with a reddish background. It has an aroma of tangerine, apricot, lime, melon, honey, caramel. An abundant fruit flavor, very smooth, balanced acidity, some soft tannins, with a very long finish in the mouth.
